Teacher workshops are led by BMS and Tifft science and education experts and are aligned with NYS Learning Standards. Workshops will encourage hands-on and inquiry-based learning while focusing on a variety of content areas. All workshops will provide CTLE Professional Development credits.

March 8, 2025 – A Dive into Deep Time: Rocks & Fossils of WNY
From Niagara Falls to the shores of Lake Erie, investigate the geologic history of Western New York. Examine the geologic processes that have shaped the region over the last billion years. Participants will examine rocks and fossils and make connections between the geologic past and the present-day inhabitants of Western New York.

- $90/person
- Participants will receive 2 passes to BMS and $1 off per student if they book a self-guided field trip to BMS
- Light lunch is provided
