Science After Hours: Stones & Bones

Don’t take date night for granite – this adults-only event will leave quite the impression on you! And yes, of quartz our cash bar will be open.

From fossils to gemstones, examine rarely seen specimens from our geology collection! Engage with staff and community partners with hands-on activities, make your own geology-inspired jewelry, and even add an owl pellet (the regurgitated parts of an owl’s meal they can’t digest like bones and fur) dissection to your evening if you’re not petrified of what you might discover.

Ages 21+; cash bar (credit cards accepted). No outside alcohol permitted, bags may be subject to search. Photo ID required.

Tickets: $29 per person, $39 with owl pellet dissection (Buffalo Museum of Science members save 10%)
