Conversations in Science

Introducing a new virtual program for #sciencebuffs of all interests!

Conversations in Science, presented by RP Oak Hill Building Company, offers scientists and researchers an opportunity to informally chat with the community about trending science topics. These conversations are designed to be engaging for science-interested individuals, but also help scientists improve their communication skills. Communicating research outside of a scientist’s field of study is an important skill often requested in grants and education initiatives, so public forums like this one, helps scientists too!

This new series will take place virtually via Zoom, with speakers and audience members all joining from home.

Conversation Format

Scientists and researchers will share a brief overview of their areas of specialization and then dive in to our topic. Each program features a Q&A session to allow the audience to really drive the conversation.

Registration

After registration a Zoom link will be emailed to you. Visit our Conversations in Science event calendar here to register!
